The User Agreement governs the relationship between you and Vladislav Prygin , a Ireland based individual located at 23 Leeson St. Upper, Dublin 4, Dublin, Ireland, (from now on referred to as “Vladislav Prygin,” “We” or "Us" ), regarding your use of our games (including VR Hockey Reborn ), Vladislav Prygin websites and related services (the "Services"), including all information, text, graphics, software, and services available to you. By using this website and the services provided on it, downloading any software or browsing this website, or downloading any Vladislav Prygin games from application stores or playing browser versions of such games, you agree to the terms of this User Agreement. If you DO NOT agree to all the terms of this User Agreement, please DO NOT use this site and/or DO NOT download and/or play any of the company's games.

Vladislav Prygin reserves the right to change the User Agreement at any time. The new edition of the User Agreement comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Vladislav Prygin website. Please refer to the most current User Agreement to know all the terms and conditions governing your use of the Vladislav Prygin website and games.

Vladislav Prygin reserves the right to update or change the content of the Vladislav Prygin website and games and their format at any time and without prior notice. Vladislav Prygin reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to its website at its sole discretion and for any reason.

ANY INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, AND SERVICES OFFERED ON THE WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE. “IN THESE TERMS, Vladislav Prygin MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Vladislav Prygin MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE CONTENT, ORDER, CORRECTNESS, TIMELINESS, OR COMPLETENESS OF THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, OR SERVICES PROVIDED. Vladislav Prygin MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES THAT THE INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

Vladislav Prygin ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY OF ANY KIND FOR POSSIBLE ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, OR SERVICES INDICATED OR LINKED TO THIS SITE.

Under no circumstances is Vladislav Prygin not responsible for any direct, indirect, actual, side, or unexpected losses (including losses resulting from the failure of business capabilities, loss of data or profit, calculation of materials provided, delays, or suspension of production activities as a result or in RELATED TO THE USE OR EXECUTION OF Vladislav Prygin's  INFORMATION), EVEN IF Vladislav Prygin HAS BEEN AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

DOWNLOADING AND USE OF ANY SOFTWARE OR SERVICES PROVIDED ON THIS SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE DISCRETION AND RISK. YOU SHALL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEMS, LOSS OF DATA, OR ANY DAMAGE AS A RESULT OF SUCH ACTIONS.

 

 

 

COPYRIGHT

Copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights of any kind in the Content (including software, services, text, graphics, and logos) are reserved by Vladislav Prygin and are protected by international copyrights. You agree not to copy, republish, modify, download, distribute, license, sublicense, reverse engineer or create derivative works based on the site, software, or services provided on the site, except as provided in this User Agreement. Except as provided in this User Agreement, Content published on this website and/or in-app stores may be reproduced or distributed in unaltered form for non-commercial personal use only. Any other use of the Content, including distribution, reproduction, modification, display, or transmission without the prior written consent of Vladislav Prygin, is strictly prohibited. All copyrights and other proprietary rights must be retained on all copies.

Vladislav Prygin provides links to third party services and software on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties, either expressed or implied.

REFUNDS

The Company does not issue refunds if you provide access to your account or payment information to third parties, abuse our policies, or if your account is not secure. In the event of a refund, the terms and conditions of the third-party payment processor apply. Refunds do not include taxes paid on purchases.

 

 

 

SPECIAL PROVISION FOR REFUNDS.

If a purchase isn't what you wanted, doesn't work, or you no longer need, you can:

Contact Vladislav Prygin support if:

• You have a question about the Games.

• You made an in-game purchase but didn't receive your purchase, or the purchase doesn't work as expected.

• You want a refund, but more than 48 hours have passed since the purchase.

Remember that according to our rules, Vladislav Prygin does not refund funds if more than 30 calendar days have passed since the purchase. Each request for a refund is subject to review by the company. Refunds will only be made if Vladislav Prygin considers the refund request acceptable and by the terms of the User Agreement.

 

 

 

RIGHT TO CONTENT

"Content" means all software (including all games, titles, and computer code), communications (including all stories, dialogue, concepts, documentation, and character information), images, sounds, audio-visuals, accounts, Virtual Currency, and Virtual Items, materials manufactured by Vladislav Prygin and/or received or provided in the course of using the Games or created in the course of using the Games. The Content also includes all feedback, comments, or recommendations received by Vladislav Prygin about the Games. Unless otherwise stated in writing, you understand and agree that all Content is owned, controlled, and/or licensed by Vladislav Prygin. Vladislav Prygin reserves the right to use all Content for any purpose, including commercial and promotional use, without restriction from you and without providing you with any compensation. All Content is copyrighted under the copyright laws of the Republic of Ireland and/or similar laws in other countries that protect Content from unauthorized use. Vladislav Prygin reserves all rights, including intellectual property rights and other proprietary rights, in and to its Games and company products. You may not copy, distribute, publish, create derivative works, or otherwise use our Content or any part of the Content in violation of the intellectual property rights of Vladislav Prygin and/or third parties. Vladislav Prygin, its logos, the names of the Games, and all characters and elements are trademarks of Vladislav Prygin and may not be used by third parties without prior written consent.

Suppose you have retained any right, including ownership or interest, in the Content or any portion of the Content. In that case, you agree and, at this moment, assign to Vladislav Prygin all rights in the Content or any part of the Content forever without further consideration by all applicable regulation’s rights. Suppose for any reason such assignment is held invalid under applicable law. In that case, you at this moment grant to Vladislav Prygin the sole, exclusive, sub-licensable, assignable, unrestricted, royalty-free license to reproduce, modify, create derivative works, publish, distribute, sell, transfer, transfer, publicly display, use, distribution of such Content or part of the Content, as well as the inclusion of the Content or part of the Content in other works in any form, media or technology now available or may be developed in the future. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you now waive any moral rights of the author or rights of privacy or publicity concerning the Content.

At our discretion, Vladislav Prygin representatives or Vladislav Prygin technical facilities may monitor specific Content in our Games. The Company cannot and does not undertake to monitor all Content. In our sole discretion, we may edit, refuse to publish, or remove any Content posted to the Games or Games-related resources that may be considered objectionable or violate this User Agreement or the spirit and letter of this User Agreement. You may contact us to report anything that violates these Terms of Use or is objectionable. You understand and agree that we are not responsible or liable for User Generated Content in the Games. This notice implies that users, and not us, are solely responsible for the completeness, correctness, and/or completeness of all content they upload, submit, transmit, and/or otherwise make available through the Games and services related to the Games.

You acknowledge and agree that Vladislav Prygin may use embedded tracking functionality to collect information about your use of the Games to improve the service quality. You now agree that such information shall be considered Content under this User Agreement for all intents and purposes.

 

 

 

THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE

Your use of all materials and information sent through or in connection with this website and/or the Vladislav Prygin software is governed by the Privacy Policy.

 

 

 

USING THE SOFTWARE

The software is available for download in app stores, known on social networks, and all related documentation is protected by copyright. The use of such software is governed by the terms of the end user license agreement that accompanies or comes bundled with the software. To use, download or install the software, you must accept the terms of the End User license agreement that accompanies or comes with the software.

You may not use, copy, publish, download, modify, distribute, license, sublicense, decompile, disassemble, perform engineering analysis or create derivatives of the software or other products, services, or processes available on our site or in Games, except as provided for in this User Agreement or the relevant license agreements with the end user. You also acknowledge and agree that you will not transmit, download or attempt to transmit or download viruses, adware, spyware, worms, or any other malware.

The software is delivered on an "AS IS" basis. Vladislav Prygin does not provide any warranties, expressed or implied, concerning the software, including no warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You take full responsibility for the use of the software.

You understand that the functionality provided by Vladislav Prygin may differ on different platforms and that the performance and some functionality offered by us may differ depending on the device or equipment used.

Vladislav Prygin grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable limited license to use our software, reserving the right to revoke such license. You may not use the Vladislav Prygin software for any purposes other than those specified in the license granted to you. You are solely responsible for all cases of illegal use of our software.

 

 

 

COMMUNITY RULES

The use of the Services is regulated and maintained, and Vladislav Prygin ensures compliance with the rules through the "Community Rules.” You must familiarize yourself with, understand and comply with the Community Rules. The list of rules in the Community Rules is not exhaustive. Vladislav Prygin reserves the right to determine which behavior does not comply with the spirit of the Games and take disciplinary measures, including suspension and deletion of user accounts and a ban on using all or part of the Services. The Community Rules govern all aspects of your interaction with the Games, including choosing an in-game name, sending messages, interacting with other users, and other ways of using the Games.

You accept and agree that if Vladislav Prygin, in its sole discretion, determines that you are violating the Community Rules, you may lose access to the subject/subjects of the violation. Vladislav Prygin reserves the right to take measures that may include suspending your account and prohibiting using all or part of the Services.

 

 

 

YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT:

• Transmit or send content or use language that, at Vladislav Prygin discretion, may be considered aggressive, including prohibited and illegal, harmful, intimidating, harassing, defamatory, offensive, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, hate speech, as well as racially, ethnically and otherwise offensive language and content, or make spelling errors or use an alternative spelling to circumvent or attempt to circumvent the language and content restrictions outlined above

• Send and/or make publicly available the personal data of another user in Games and/or services related to Games without the user’s written consent. However, users are not prohibited from providing their personal data

• Violate the contractual, personal, copyright, and other rights of any of the parties, as well as encourage or commit illegal actions

• Improper use of Vladislav Prygin technical support services, including false reports of abuse or violations by any party

• Disable, obstruct, or circumvent any security measures of the Games or any other functionality that restricts or limits the use or access to the Games or Content

• At the discretion of Vladislav Prygin, participate in any activities and/or perform any actions that fraudulently lead to, entail, or may entail the loss by authorized users of Virtual Currency or Virtual Items that were legally earned by the user and/or acquired in Games

• Sell Vladislav Prygin Games or any parts of the Games, including Virtual Currency and Virtual Items, user Accounts, and/or access to user accounts to third parties in exchange for real money or items and/or services with monetary value

• Cheat or take other illegal actions that Vladislav Prygin deems contrary to the spirit of the Games

• Use or participate in the use of unofficial third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the operation of the Services and/or any Vladislav Prygin Games

• Share your password or other information that you can use to access your Account with anyone

• Buy, sell, rent or give away your Account, as well as otherwise provide access to third parties to your Account; create an Account using false information or for a fake identity or anyone else other than yourself

• Use your Account for commercial purposes, including advertising, imposing services, and transmitting any ads on behalf of the organization (offers for sale, spam, "letters of happiness,” etc.)

 

 

 

ACCOUNT

To use the Services, you may need to register an account (from now on referred to as the "Account"). If you register an Account, you agree to take all necessary measures to protect your credentials (such as login details or social media accounts) and not share them with anyone.

You agree not to buy, sell, rent, or give away your Account, nor to provide access to your Account to third parties in any other way; not to create an Account using false information or for a fake identity or anyone else than yourself.

If you fail to keep your Account credentials secret, or if you transfer your login details or Account to someone else (intentionally or unintentionally), you accept full responsibility for the consequences of this (including any unauthorized purchases) and agree to fully compensate us for any losses or damages that may arise as a result of this.

You acknowledge and agree that you have no ownership rights or other proprietary interests about the Account that you as part of the Service. Vladislav Prygin may suspend, terminate, modify, or delete an Account at any time for any reason, without reason, with or without notice.

You agree not to use your Account for commercial purposes, including, in particular, advertising, the imposition of services, or the transmission of any commercial ads (offers for sale, spam, "letters of happiness,” etc.)

 

 

 

 

 

INACTIVE/DISABLED ACCOUNTS POLICY

Accounts that have been inactive or disabled either as a result of you contacting Vladislav Prygin and asking to terminate your account, as a result of your use of administrative tools to terminate your account, or by the account maintenance team or otherwise, may be permanently deleted in at least seven (7) days.

 

 

 

ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS

By accepting these terms, you acknowledge, represent, and agree that you have reached the age to enter into such a binding agreement in the country in which you are located or resident or that you have your parent or legal guardian’s permission if required by applicable law. You expressly represent that you are legally allowed to enter these Terms and do not violate applicable laws.

 

 

 

 

 

TERMINATION

We reserve the right to take actions, including terminating your account and prohibiting you from using our Services in whole or in part (including deleting your account) at any time if we have good reason to believe that you have violated any rule or provision of this User Agreement. If we suspend or terminate your account, you will no longer be able to access your account and/or any Content related to your account in any way. As stated, Vladislav Prygin and third-party payment operators do not refund funds for Virtual Currency received or Virtual Items purchased or created in Games.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

APPLICABLE LAW

This User Agreement and all disputes concerning it are regulated and interpreted in accordance with the legislation of the Ireland.

 

 

 

AUTONOMY OF THE PROVISIONS OF THE AGREEMENT

You and Vladislav Prygin agree that if any provision or provisions of this User Agreement prove to be illegal, invalid, or unforeseen in any respect under the law of any jurisdiction or court, these provisions will be considered separate to the extent necessary to eliminate the inadmissibility or impossibility of their implementation. In contrast, the remaining provisions of The User Agreement will remain in force and be considered valid.

 

 

 

ADDITIONAL RULES

Vladislav Prygin may publish additional rules related to services (including forums, contests, or loyalty programs). This User Agreement and the relevant rules govern your right to use such services.

YOU AGREE THAT BY USING THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, OR SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS USER AGREEMENT, UNDERSTOOD IT, AND AGREE TO ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
